Hi guys this is for a telephone call audit tool for work purposes. My project is now completely FINISHED and I owe it so much to you guys thank you for all your help.
I am trying to add an improvement where, if one person is in the process of writing an audit for a member of staff, other people will know that this is being done and therefore will not also try and audit the same person.
I hope I’m explaining this well. I don’t want multiple members of staff carrying out audits for the same person at the same time. Any way of highlighting this to users or just preventing them from doing it would be helpful.
